ROLE OF A MAD HAT INTERN EXTRAORDINAIRE
The duties and responsibilities of a Mad Hat Culture, Talent and Admin Executive include (but are not limited to) the following:
Handling administrative tasks such as document management, data entry, and meeting arrangements
Workplace environment management and procurement
Performing tracking of physical inventory (eg merchandise, collaterals, pantry)
Handling recruitment process (including researching and drafting JDs)
Coordinating employee happiness and development activities
Preparing accounting documents and official letters
Managing account payables, receivables and project expense tracking
Basic social media and web management
REQUIREMENTS
Able to intern for a minimum of 12 weeks (3 months)
Well organised
Good time management
Confident to critique
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
Eagerness to learn
