Kotex Herbal Cool x Watsons Facebook Live

Kotex Herbal Cool is the latest innovation that comes with Cooling Tea Tree Extracts. This helps remove the uncomfortable stuffiness, leaving women with long-lasting and refreshing cool sensation while giving the maximum leakage protection.

As part of the continuation of the campaign, Kotex leveraged their trade partnership with Watsons to create a Facebook Live session, to drive more buzz and awareness on the product range.

OUR OBJECTIVE

  • To drive awareness and continue the conversation among audience for the new product range.

  • Showcase key product USPs.

OUR STRATEGY

  • To curate a lifestyle centric and engaging live session, hosted by a young key influencer who is selected according to the brand POBA to create relevance and appeal to the target audience.

THE CREATIVE

  • Leveraging the cooling elements and cues of the new product range, the icy virtual backdrop and pop-up ribbon banner served as an impactful key visual, during the FB live session.


DELIVERY

  • Virtual Event Management

    • The live setup was professionally done in a studio.

    • In order to ensure the live session flowed well, we conceptualised the event flow to ensure the transition for each segment was smooth.  The live kicked off with an informative session on the product, followed by an interactive session with the audience. Lastly, we held the contest giveaway session to drive engagement with the live audience.

  • Creative Assets Curation

    • We designed the virtual backdrop leveraging on the cooling elements of the product.

  • Influencer Engagement

    • We identified and engaged Malaysian social media influencer, Rafidah Bt. Mohd Ghazali to be the host of the live session.

    • Rafidah was very engaging in the live session which eventually garnered a total of 5,500 comments.

    • We conceptualised 2 post live session contents together with Rafidah, which have gained 12,340 total reach and 1,127 total engagement. On top of that, Rafidah has also provided 3 value-added IG stories which has gained 4,691 total reach.

Virtual Event Views: 7,000 across Kotex & Watsons Facebook
